General principles

All prices are shown without VAT. The currently valid VAT, as determined by legislation, shall be added to all prices. The term of payment is 14 days from the date on the invoice.

If the security level of the Port or a section of the Port has to be increased from the original ISPS code level as the result of 1 a) a specific vessel or b) shipment of goods, the costs accrued as a result of this increase will be invoiced from a) the party responsible for paying the vessel fee or b) from the party responsible for paying the duty for goods, always in full.
