Permanent access permit

Only the Port authorities can issue a permanent access permit.

If you have a need to expand the area rights or validity period linked to your permit, such changes can be applied for by filling in the application form “Change to a permanent access permit” via the adjacent link.

Identification is generally carried out using the vehicle number plate, but in some cases, RFID cards (construction vehicles, work machinery, authorities, etc.) can and will be used.

An RFID card can be issued for a deposit (€70 per card / 2 years). The deposit will be refunded once the ID card is returned. Invoicing information must be provided to the information desk in connection with the issuing of the ID card.

ID cards can be picked up from the access control point located in the Port of Kemi between the hours of 6 a.m. – 10 p.m.
