Temporary access permit

A temporary access permit entitles the holder to an individual visit or visits to the harbour area.

This access permit is issued by the Port of Kemi. Port Control will register the permit into the system based on the information given in the advance notice.  Any vehicles that arrive without having provided advance notice will need to settle the matter with the access control point.

Advance notice of transports

Notice of a transport should be provided no later than the day preceding the arrival of the transport in question, so that there is enough time to register the necessary information in the system prior to the arrival of the transport. This also allows us enough time to issue the proper access permits and to ensure the efficient handling of all traffic.
